Shipping costs
The shipping cost of an order is charged according to the actual weight, this is done automatically in the online store and the cost of the shipping is reported at checkout.
1. Order.
A confirmation of your order will be sent by e-mail.

Your personal data is recorded in our database. The information recorded is identity and address information, which is required for the administration of orders, payments, credits, as well as the other information you provide yourself. Information needed in the context of credit assessment may also be obtained from credit information companies.

Shipping is added to all prices unless otherwise stated. We primarily use DHL as a distributor
6. returns -
In case of incorrectly delivered goods, we are responsible for the shipping cost round trip to the customer.
In case of incorrectly ordered goods, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
7. warranty -
Warranties cover manufacturing / material errors. or other errors that affect the function of the product. We disclaim all responsibility for subsequent damage to the machine / chassis or the like, when goods from BilletX are used or assembled by the customer.
8. complaints -
Defective goods are replaced with new goods.
9. Deliveries.
Delivery time Normal delivery time is usually a maximum of 14 working days after we have received your order. In cases where a product cannot be manufactured, then possibly our subcontractors do not handle their deliveries to us. Then the delivery time may be slightly longer. Of course, we do what we can to ensure that you have your product as soon as possible. You will be notified by e-mail of any deviations from the normal delivery time. You then of course have the right to refrain, or change your order.
10. open purchase
14 days open purchase applies from the time the goods are received by the customer. If you change your mind, you will get your money back for unused, undamaged goods in unopened original packaging. Please contact us for a return authorization before returning the goods. You are responsible for the total shipping cost round trip and the obligation that the goods arrive to us in undamaged condition.
We will then refund the relevant amount within 30 days.
Goods that are specially manufactured and built or imported entirely on the basis of customer orders are excluded from open purchase.

13. Damage to packages.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to DHL or other carrier and make a damage report. Do not collect a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling by the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim. If you cannot resolve any dispute with the post office or transport company, contact us.
14. Personal Data Act
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Act (PUL).
