DELRIN WASHERS Arctic Cat PRIMARY & SECONDARY
Fits: Arctic Cat Primary and Secondary Clutch 2016 -->
Arctic cat Primary Clutch 2000-2015 (Not the secondary in older AC)
Primary Clutch:
Place 1 washer on one side of the spring to reduce friction and 1 washer on the other side.
The washers increase the engagement speed by about 25-50 rpm.
Secondary Clutch:
The secondary spring in the Arctic Cat B.O.S.S. Clutch rotates in the spindle when it shifts.
Place 1 washer on one side and stack 2 washers on the other side of the spring.
The Delrin washers are placed on top of the spring against the spindle seat, 2 washers on top of each other.
-The washers reduce the friction and binding that occurs in the spring.
Less friction = higher efficiency and less heat from your clutches.
The smaller washers also fit all early Arctic Cat and all Polaris
