CLUTCH KIT Polaris 600/650/800/850
Fits all Polaris 600, 650, 800 and 850. Stronger power and harder acceleration with endless adjustment options.

- Complete with custom secondary spring. Secondary spring 160-260 gives your machine enormous backshift and throttle response in all positions, works well with the aggressive primary kit.
Secondary spring 180-280 Fits those who want unmatched throttle response and backshift.
-Complete with delrin washers.

Installation: Installation of weights and spring is a job of about 1 hour.
Setup Weights: 64-82g weight adjustment with magnets.
Assemble as desired, each magnet weighs 1.5 grams

Good to know.
- More weight in the top will increase the engagement rpm and give a higher ratio & higher top speed.
- More weight in the heel will lower the engagement rpm and give more acceleration and midrange.
- More weight in general lowers the top rpm & less weight raises the top rpm.
BOLT ON, RIDE HARD!
Processing: Billet milled from a solid Uddehom Holdax steel and then "Nitorblack" hardened for minimum friction and maximum durability (compare us, it doesn't get better!!!).
We don't cast weights that we then process. ALL of our clutch weights are milled from a single piece of solid material from the Swedish mines!
Everything we sell is manufactured in our own factory in Mora, Dalarna, Sweden!
