For those who want to adjust the Primary clutch to perfection on Ski-Doo / LYNX 850.

P-Drive Weight Set contains:

X Force Adjustable Weights (3pcs)

Magnets (24pcs) weighing 1.5g each

Customized primary spring for 850 (Venom 165-350)

Compared to an original weight setup, BilletX provides faster throttle response, more acceleration and longer life for your belt.

Setup Weights: 48-59g weight adjustment with magnets, Basic setup: (Hole 1 = Closest to weight pin)

Total starting weight recommended = 89,5 grams (See Pic.)

We recommend that you buy a small scale with 0.01gram precision when working with the weight adjustment yourself.

Good to know.

- More weight in the top will increase the engagement rpm and give a higher ratio & higher top speed.

- More weight in the heel will lower the engagement rpm and give more acceleration and midrange.

- More weight in general lowers the top rpm & less weight raises the top rpm.

BOLT ON, RIDE HARD!

Processing: Billet milled from a solid Uddehom Holdax steel and then "Nitorblack" hardened for minimum friction and maximum durability (compare us, it doesn't get better!!!).

We don't cast weights that we then process. ALL of our clutch weights are milled from a single piece of solid material from the Swedish mines!

BilletX Helix are manufactured in lathe- and milling-machines from a single piece of solid 6082-T6 aluminum rod.

Everything we sell is manufactured in our own factory in Mora, Dalarna, Sweden!
